When you call to make your first ob gyn clinic appointment, we will try to match you with the provider of your choice or the one that most suits your needs.
Our convenient location in downtown Boise makes our clinic easy to get to, with plenty of secure parking available.
If you are referred by another physician, we do need copies of the medical records that initiated the referral for physician review prior to your appointment. Please ask that they fax those records to 208-336-8248 as soon as the appointment is made.
We will be sending a packet of information in the mail to you after scheduling the appointment. Please fill out and return those within two days. Be sure that you obtain any primary care referral that is needed by your insurance. |
