Please review your
insurance policy
prior to your arrival
at our office. Many
companies use
preferred provider
panels and you must
verify in advance
that our physician is
a provider on your
plan. If you need a
referral from your
primary care
physician in order to
have them consider
your claim for
benefits, you will
need to obtain that
prior to your
appointment.
We are currently
contracted with Blue
Cross, First Health,
Regence Blue Shield
and the Idaho
Physicians Network
(IPN). They have many
different plans with
a variety of
benefits. Sometimes
even the Blue Cross
plans will have
different panels of
physicians that do
not include all of
their general
participating
physicians.
IPN contracts with a
variety of insurance
companies and if
their network is
used, it will show up
on your card with
their logo.
Please remember that
your insurance
contract is between
you and the insurance
company. We will
assist you with any
problems that arise,
but you are
ultimately
responsible for
follow-up and
payment. |
