Dennis N. Carter, M.D.
Doctor Dennis Carter has been with OB-GYN Center for Women's Health in Boise since 1987. He had spent the prior four years in the Air Force in Alaska and Montana and came in search of the ideal place to raise his family and enjoy the outdoor opportunities offered in Idaho with its milder climate.
Doctor Carter enjoys keeping current in the latest medical technology and was the first physician to use endometrial ablation (an alternative to hysterectomy) for medical treatment of bleeding conditions. He has been offering the non-surgical Essure tubal procedure since its FDA approval in 2002.
With his wife, Suzanne, and 4 children he enjoys the outdoor opportunities of hunting, fishing, snow-skiing and water-skiing.
